I am a regular user and reader of statistics and publications from the St. Louis Fed. In a paper "Does the National Debt Matter?" a footnoted link had Professor Barro's name. I heard him present a few times when I was an Economics grad student at Johns Hopkins, and if I could read an authoritative paper from a scholar of his quality I took it and accessed it through DASH. Often links like these run into some kind of firewall. Very helpful.
