My name is Allen Snyder. I received a Bachelor's degree in finance from a state school in Pennsylvania. I enlisted in the U.S. Army, but I am looking at my options and desires for after my service is up. One profession I would like to consider is one in law, specifically business law. This article will hopefully help me to learn more about the ins and outs of mergers and acquisitions and give me a better idea whether or not corporate law may be for me.
