I came across a citation to an article that sounded interesting and that I found through your open access. I am a social scientist in a public health setting, where I work on health inequalities research (transgender youth and access to gender-affirming care) and we do not have the funds to access library databases. We purchase journal articles carefully and as needed when we cannot obtain them from other sources.
