The term 'leadership communication' tends to imply a leader out the front, communicating their vision to inspire and enthuse others. The accent is on influence and persuasion, on sharing the vision to enlist others in its achievement. Yet adding the term 'mindful' gives leadership communication a somewhat different flavour.Citable link to this page
