This thesis introduces a novel way of structuring information for agent-based simulations which is inherently multi-dimensional and multi-issue, along with being flexible and easily extensible. By modelling information in this fashion, agents are able to accumulate knowledge and compute attitudes. A sample study shows how this may be used to simulate attitudes towards the US President following a news report that he bombed Syria.
