This research uses historical data to make inferences for the future looking at indicators that happen in a cycle of history, specifically, before significant crises such as WWI and WWII. Looking at trade openness, migration and emigration patterns, genocide and politicide levels, and the psychology of generational characteristics. It concludes that while we cannot predict when a potential world war may break out, there are clear indicators in the above subjects to show when a crises era is impacting society.
