I am currently in Los Angeles reading about water rights and the semicommons at a public airport that is having me watch advertisements to access the internet to do so. This is a bizarre incentive structure. A democracy functions on easy access to information. The knowledge enclosure has no place in the open society. Thank you for not being an impediment to civic life.
