At each level, the key tenets for optimal growth and performance are identified which enables foundational skills to be clarified, but also facilitates continued adaptability in response to an ever-changing political and combat landscape. With each level’s tenets established, the training program is designed to not only create the optimal multinational fighter pilot but to do so through optimal training practices and program design, emphasizing both efficiency and quality of training.
