In this Thesis, we present observation predictions for 31 z~10 putative black holes in early-universe galaxies, a sample recently expanded with the early release programs of the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). Our predictions of X-ray flux and Chandra X-ray Observatory integration time are calculated using the M_\bullet-M_*relation, a bolometric correction, and obscuration model. We make predictions for 11 total scenarios and find that two sources, GL-z11 and GL-z13, have potential to be observed with the current capabilities of Chandra with upper mass limits of 8.07 [log(M_\odot)] and 8.12 [log(M_\odot)] , respectively, assuming the black hole masses follow standard relations in the local universe.
