Effective management of these conditions by a combination of lifestyle changes, medications, and other interventions are crucial for improving outcomes and reducing the risk of complications. Investigating the risk promoting and mediating factors that are associated with poor outcomes in HFpEF and AMI populations is clinically important. Preventing and modifying some of these risk factors or mediators could bring additional survival benefit, reduction of rehospitalization or improvement in quality of life.
