Expansions in inverse powers of the nuclear charge Z are obtained also for the dipole-matrix elements and oscillator strengths of the 1s22p2Po-1s2p2 2P and 1s22p 2Po=1s2p2 2D transitions, valid for Z>3. A separate calculation was performed for lithium.
