Since the Harvard Film Archive’s founding in 1979, the public screenings have been announced in ever expanding printed programs which feature original writing on films and filmmakers along with images and a calendar grid. Starting in 1998, the programming schedule and details were also reproduced on the HFA website, yet the printing of the unique paper version continues to this day.
