Abstract
The archeology of The Temple Mount is fraught with an Iron Age dating debate between archeologists. There is a split in archeological standpoints. The High Chronology HC camp is endorsed by biblical archaeologists, while secular archeologists support the Low Chronology LC camp. Ethnocentric standpoints may be to blame. An analysis utilizing the Critical Heritage Studies framework explores the different structures of politics, religion, and economics behind the machinations of archeology at The Temple Mount.
