Abstract

Early Adopter is a dramatic feature screenplay that concerns the impact of a long-held, tragic secret on an already emotionally conflicted family of three women—a grandmother, mother, and daughter—and the difficult, life-saving choices that they must make because of that secret as it threatens their relationships, their global business, and their lives. Exploring the internal and external politics of a family’s personal and financial relationships, the story juxtaposes shocking revelations about their past, present, and profits, highlighting the ties that bind them—and the betrayals that tear them apart.
