Telecaring: Lessons on Virtual Care from the COVID-19 Pandemic Written by a Harvard University graduate student who watched her mother navigate virtual care for Stage IV breast cancer in 202, this essay interviews with 30+ care professionals (clinicians, policymakers, chaplains, social workers, doulas, therapists) about their experiences of using virtual communications methods during the COVID-19 pandemic.
