Abstract

Abstract In AIDS Clinical Trials Group A5202, participants who reported missing their medication within the past month or not providing adherence reports at both 8 and 24 weeks had 5 times the hazard of virological failure compared to more adherent participants. Adherence interventions should focus on such patients.
