Abstract
This book tells the story of the United Parcel Service, a company born out of hard work and determination, from its humble beginnings in 1907 to becoming a household name and symbol of American ingenuity. Told from the dual perspectives of founder, James Casey, and a longtime UPS driver, this story sheds light on the economic, social and cultural impact the delivery company has had on America.
