I am Professor of Tax Law at the University of Porto, also collaborating with the University of Coimbra and in som Seminars at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
I live in Porto, Portugal, and to have access to specific and specialized papers about current and important tax matters is fundamental. So, I feel very grateful to have the possibility of reading your "papers" and use them in my lessons and share them with my students.
