I live in Venezuela. Public libraries here are almost inexistent. Universaity libraries are lagging behind beause they do not have enough money to pay subsbriptions. So, to get information in Venezuela is quite difficult. Projects like DASH open a wide door to scholars and other people searching for knowledge. Thank you vert much
