I have worked in early chldhood education for 40 years. Most of which has been with Head Start and Migrant and Seasonal Head Start. Having free access to research and evidence-based research and practices in deeply appreciated and needed. Salaries are low in this industry and the long hours in the workforce often do not allow for taking formal coursework.
