Love the open access policy! I'm writing my Honours thesis and it's always much less stressful when an article that is relevant to my research is openly available to read. I think the more easily earlier research is accessed, the better informed and more relevant future research will be. This benefits our society as what we are researching is not redundant or ill-informed.
