I am an environmental policy implementation worker who is trying to ensure that my city is allocating money towards emissions-mitigation measures that work and not towards performative red herrings. Access to economic analysis of various renewable procurement methods is allowing me to credibly make the case to stop sinking money into a bad solution and look for a better one.
