Antidumping: The Third Rail of Trade… : DASH Story 2014-02-10

I am a second year law student at Northeastern University School of Law. For one of my upper level courses, I created a research guide to U.S. antidumping and countervailing law. I was looking for articles concerning recent developments and theories regarding the use of antidumping law to which I could link from my guide. Given that not all guide users would have the same access privileges as I have as a law student, I was looking for free articles easily accessible online. I am happy to report that because of the Open Access policy of the DASH tool, I was able to link the article to my guide safe in the knowledge that all users of the guide will be able to access the same article.
