Having access to this article helps inform the way I think about measuring school climate in my work. We often times think about how to measure perceptions through surveys and questionnaires but don't have guidelines for how to create useful tools. Because the organization I work for is a nonprofit, we don't have the extra funds needed to access research reports that require payment. I think eliminating barriers that help bridge research to practice is extremely important in advancing the work of many social justice/ed reform organizations. I was so excited Harvard made this accessible to the public. Thank you so much!
