I'm a mature student, studying part-time for an MSc in Leadership at Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. For the Developing Professional Practice unit we have to do a literature review and 'test' if our idea for our MSc dissertation is viable. My proposed topic is how to manage and motivate teams and the impact of different leadership styles. I've accessed this journal article to help me access the latest research in this area and to help me further explore the topic I've chosen.
