I'm a Harvard collage alum '05 interested in preparing to apply for PhD programs. Since I am not currently affiliated with an academic institution I do not have access to closed journals. Open Access allows me to explore the field for areas I may be interested in focusing on for my writing statement and in selecting the best programs for me to apply to.
