I am a director of field operations at NYC-Administration for Children's Services charged with developing an innovation to reduce racial disproportionality in court ordered supervision decision making. My goal is to use data/research to identify the most effective ways to reduce this phenomenon. I am currently a participant in NYC Step Data Leaders first cohort.
