Not having access to J-Stor and the like may explain it all. I am an independent researcher and reader who has limited financial means and access to journal articles. DASH is one of the few ports of entry into current thinking on such subjects as the Enlightenment. Current research on the Enlightenment has changed dramatically over the years and one can only afford to purchase so many [and there are many] books on the subject. DASH provides needed illumination -- and I thank you.
