I was searching for an update on genetherapy. Most of the paper were in paid journals and our institution has access only to a very limited number of journals. This is a very common problem in most of the Indian Universities. Purchasing an article for $34 or $60 is too much for us because here an average Asst. Professor earns only $10,000 to $20,000 per year. So I am quite thankful.
