The Open Access helped me access resources for a review of literature related to the use of cameras in monitoring forest phenology. I am planning a research project as an employee of an organization that does not have full access to a lot of science journals, so without Open Access, I would have found it difficult to conduct a thorough review in a timely, cost-effective manner.
