I've been working on creating a series of lectures on genome editing for my undergraduate Advanced Genetics course and I came across the open access article on Resources for CRISPR gene editing experiments. I want to include a lecture on designing a CRISPR experiment, to follow lectures on the the history of genome editing and the mechanism behind the CRISPR system. THANK YOU for a great resource!
