I am at a university in the UK through the help of student loans and bursaries. I wouldn't be able to afford the fees without this help. Once at university, there are even more costs, and quite often we will find that our university hasn't paid for access to a particular journal that we need to access a paper from for an assignment or exam. Open access journals are taking education back from the hands of the privileged few. Thank you!
