I am a Housing, Credit and Budget Counselor and the majority of my clients are low-income. I believe this information is critical for the type of work I do. If I can come to better understand how we behave, be it rationally or irrationally, I can be more effective in my work with my clients. The field of behavioral economics is wonderfully relevant to my work as a counselor.
