Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming nearly every facet of human life, and the housing market is no exception. This thesis explores AI to enhance housing price predictions, developing computer vision and machine learning techniques to achieve greater accuracy. Through a series of experiments, our research demonstrates that integrating Multiple Listing Services (MLS) data with property image features and image-based scores improves the performance of housing price prediction models.
